Andre Taylor is a "Must Have" if you are a first time HomeBuyer. I thought I'd be able to purchase a Home "when pigs fly". But Andre convinced me otherwise and found me a beautiful 2bd/2ba Condo with 1300 sq. ft. And my mortgage (including principal, interest, insurance, taxes and HOA fees) is $200.00 less than I was paying for rent! He anticipated things throughout the whole process that I didn't know enough about to ask questions. He "had my back" the whole time during this process. I guess pigs CAN fly!
